How to Lose Unwanted Pounds by doing Saltwater Flush

The start of a new year always brings about an eagerness and excitement for change. One of the most popular resolutions for most people is to get in shape, lose unwanted pounds, eat better, and exercise. Those are all great goals to have and are easily achievable if you take it slow, add on a few things at a time, be consistent, and be patient.

One great strategy to clean out the old junk and make a way for better health is to do a flush. The Saltwater Flush is a really simple cleanse that can be done first thing in the morning before you start your day. The salt solution has the same specific gravity as your blood–therefore it simply makes its way through your GI tract causing a “tidal wave” effect–pushing everything along until it comes out the other end. Its an effective tool to help keep your colon healthy and clean! What’s even better is that it acts as a mop for your entire GI tract removing waste, including gas, bloating and cramping, from the small intestine. The salt isn’t absorbed by the body, only going straight thru the colon so it has no affect on high blood pressure. Can be done monthly or as needed.

Directions: Drink first thing (between 5-7am) in the morning before food and drink. Add 1 Tablespoon of Pink Himalayan sea salt to 50 oz of warm water and the juice of 1 lemon.

Try to drink the salt solution within 45 minutes. Do not eat and drink only water for at least 2 hours afterwards. Eat a clean diet for the remainder of the day. Do the flush for 4-7 days in a row. Results will be a loss of pounds, more energy, and clearer skin.
