BREAKFAST

BREAKFAST PARFAIT

Ingredients:

½ C Greek yogurt
¼ C fresh fruit of your choice
2 tbsp. granola

Directions:

Combine or layer all ingredients in a bowl or cup.

 

LUNCH

GUAC AND CHIPS

Ingredients :

1-2 ripe avocados
1 tomato
1/4 piece of chopped red onion
A squeeze of lime or lemon

Directions:

Slice the avocados in half being careful to remove pit and skin from the avocados and mash with a fork. Dice tomatoes and onion place in a bowl with the mashed avocados. Juice lemon and stir all ingredients together. For extra flavor add ¼ tsp sea salt and cayenne. My favorite tortilla chips are Organic Spicy Red Blue Corn Tortillas.
