Let’s talk Colon Health!

 

What about our colon health?!⠀ ⠀

The width of your eliminations should be the size of a banana 🍌, and the length should be from inside of your wrist to inside elbow. AND the color should be greenish.

Now before you gasp and holla, it becomes green from the greens that you eat. Brown isn’t the standard anymore!

If you consistently eat a nice big salad which includes some of the following: kale, collard, spinach, parsley, broccoli, cilantro, arugula, spirulina and drink a green juice or smoothie daily, you will have the coveted Green Eliminations!

There is no way, let me repeat, there is no way… to have optimal health without eating raw greens daily in the form of a salad and/or smoothie/juice!

When your elimination is brown, that’s a sign that you haven’t had enough green. Disease breeds in brown 💩!

We can’t even begin to embark upon reversing ALL of your ailments, diseases, weight loss, food addictions, sugar addictions, IBS, and the rest of the list, without instilling this habit!

Help is not on the way! Your help is here, but you have to do your part!
